SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with us! We are fully committed to doing whatever it takes  to ensure that you are happy with every aspect of your order.  We believe in our products and are confident that you will love them as much as we do. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item to us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Once your shopping cart order has been placed, please allow 3-7 regular business days for processing. A confirmation e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of check out. Once the order ships, an e-mail notification will include your tracking information and parcel provider.

RETURNS

• Products eligible for return must be returned within 30 days from the day that your order shipped. After 30 days from the date shipped, returns will not be accepted. 

• Items eligible for return must be received unopened in their original packaging and in sellable condition. We will not accept returns of products that are empty, altered, not in their original packaging, or purchased from any other party aside from American Culture Brands.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that any product being returned is packaged for shipment in a manner that will protect it from damage in transit.

• A copy of your original packing slip must be included in the box with the returned product(s).

• If you are returning an item that is defective, shipped in error by us or damaged in shipment to you, we will arrange for the product to be picked up by the carrier of our choice at our expense.

Once you submit your return request and have received return authorization, you will receive a confirmation of your return request via email along with a UPS shipping label for each request. Once the item is received by the warehouse, your return will be reviewed for compliance with the above Policy. If your return complies with the above policy, a credit or refund will be issued to you within 2-4 weeks.

IF YOUR RETURN IS NOT ELIGIBLE UNDER THIS POLICY OR OTHERWISE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED. NO CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND YOUR PRODUCT WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.
